Youth policy

65,687 young people live in the district, or 22% of the total population are young people aged 14 to 29 years. There is a center for the development of youth initiatives, which conducts activities aimed at patriotic education, leisure activities, improving the level of spiritual, moral, civil and physical culture of young people.
