The total length of the district's water supply networks is 911.6 km, there are 79 settlements in the district with a total population of over 303.1 thousand people. 71 localities are provided with centralized water supply, which is 89.9%, and 8 localities are provided with decentralized water supply - 10.1%. In order to gradually resolve the issue of providing the population with high-quality drinking water, project documentation for the reconstruction and construction of water supply networks in 18 settlements is being developed this year.

The total length of the electric networks is 4124 km, there are 1014 transformer installations, of which: 81 transformers are in communal ownership -148.7 km, the remaining 3975.3 km 933 transformers are owned by AZhK.

Of the 79 settlements, 65 are subject to gasification, the number of yards is 47,313, currently gasification works are underway in 9 settlements with 23,513 yards. 12,797 contracts (50%) have been signed with subscribers for connection to gas pipelines, of which 8,932 are connected to gas, which is 38.0%.

To date, the total length of the constructed gas pipelines is 715 km, 3 institutions are engaged in gasification of the district:

1. "APL constrashen " (Esyk, Shelek, Turgen), tariff - 36.6 tenge.

2. "Gas trade service" (Baiterek, Avat, Zhanashar), tariff - 34.4 tenge.

3."Spetsstroybrand" (Kaynazar, Rakhat, Azat), tariff - 32.2 tenge.

There are 395 multi-storey buildings in the district, including 79 multi-storey buildings, 23068 people, will join the KSU this year. This year, the regional department of public private partnership plans to install 21 BMCs in the district. The state expertise is ready for the 21st BMC. To date, 2 BMCs have been installed in the city of Esik. Construction has begun 9.
