There are 77 health care institutions in the Enbekshikazakh district: 3 hospitals, rural outpatient clinics -38, paramedic-obstetric stations and medical posts -28, PSMP-4, family health center -2, maternity home -1, orphanage -1.
The number of doctors-414, middle and junior medical workers-1851, beds-665.
The Central Hospital provides specialized medical care, the services of which include:
• Pathoanatomic diagnostics
• Provision of medical care at the level of primary health care
• Programmatic dialysis
• High-tech medical care
• Medical rehabilitation
• Palliative care
• Consultative and diagnostic assistance (specialized medical care in outpatient settings)
• Specialized medical care in inpatient and stationary conditions for rural population
• Payment for measures in the context of a pandemic in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Specialized medical care in hospital-substituting conditions
• Specialized medical care in inpatient settings
There are 414 doctors working in the district hospital, 136 of them are of the highest category. I – category 50, II–category – 19 specialists.
The average medical staff is 1,537, of which 575 are of the highest category, I – categories -124, 2 categories -46.
According to the action plan, in 2021, explanatory work was carried out with the population about the OSMS system. Daily work is also carried out to inform the population and target groups (lawyers, individual entrepreneurs and a notary) about the OSMS by employees of the central hospital, polyclinic, outpatient clinic, FAA, medical centers.
