Generalities

1. the Department for labor relations control is a structural division Of the Department for labor inspection of the Almaty region.
2. the structural division in its activities is guided by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
3. the structure and staff number of a structural division shall be approved by an authorized official of a state body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. the structural division consists of the labor relations control Department.

Functions:

1. ensuring timely execution of orders of the Department's management
2. preparation and timely submission of reports to higher authorities in accordance with the established forms.
3. Preparation of information, references and reports on the observance of labour legislation and the employment status:
4. coordination of activities of state labour inspectors, employees of Department are responsible for performing management tasks and functions.:
5. control over timely and high-quality consideration of requests from individuals and legal entities, incoming and outgoing official correspondence, unified record keeping: consideration of requests from individuals and legal entities on issues of labor safety and security, employment, social protection of the disabled.
