The mission of the Department: implementation of state control over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, requirements for safety and labor protection, monitoring of collective agreements submitted by employers, investigation of accidents at work in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tasks:

1) ensuring state control over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health requirements;

3) implementation of other tasks assigned to The Department of labor inspection of the Almaty region in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
