Based on the approved standard provision by the order of the Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (anti-corruption service) dated March 31, 2023 No. 112 “On anti-corruption compliance services in the subjects of the quasi-public sector”, I ORDER:

1. Approve the anti-corruption policy in the state communal state-owned enterprise "Association of Museums of the Almaty Region" State Institution "Department of Culture and Archives and Documentation of the Almaty Region".
2. Approve the regulation on the anti-corruption compliance service in the state communal state-owned enterprise "Association of Museums of the Almaty Region" of the State Institution "Department of Culture and Archives and Documentation of the Almaty Region".
3. Approve the instruction on anti-corruption compliance service in the state communal state-owned enterprise "Association of Museums of the Almaty Region" of the State Institution "Department of Culture and Archives and Documentation of the Almaty Region".
4. The functions of the anti-corruption compliance service shall be entrusted to the lawyer of the State Enterprise "Association of Museums of the Almaty Region" of the State Institution "Department of Culture and Archives and Documentation of the Almaty Region" Shoev Sayvali Khaidaralievich.
5. Make additions and changes to the job description of the employee responsible for the work of the anti-corruption compliance officer.
