To implement the State program of education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 in Almaty region funds have been allocated for the following purposes:
"The approbation of per capita financing of General secondary education on the basis of 4-profile schools and replicate the testing for one region" in Talgar district budget from the national budget only allocated funds in the total amount 483 108,0 thousand tenge.
- "Implementation of the program "Balapan" to provide children with preschool education and training" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the national budget in the total amount of 18,672,173. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Providing by 2015 all students of General education organizations with free textbooks and teaching materials at the expense of local budgets by means of a phased annual 100% purchase of textbooks" in 2011-2015, funds in the total amount of 5,482,655.0 thousand tenge were allocated from the local budget.
In the 2015-2016 academic year, the provision of textbooks to secondary school students was 100%.
- "Provision of equipment for workplaces of disabled children who study at home: a set of computer equipment and software taking into account individual characteristics, capabilities and needs, connecting these places to the Internet" in 2011-2013, funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 509 883.0 thousand tenge.
- "Implementation of monthly payments of funds to guardians (Trustees) for the maintenance of children left without parental care" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the national and local budgets in the total amount of 2,357,933.0 thousand tenge.
- "Equipping educational organizations with language and multimedia classrooms with service, 459 organizations annually" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the national and local budgets in the total amount of 326,438. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Equipping sports halls of secondary schools with modern equipment" in 2011-2013, funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 875,697,0 thousand tenge.
- "Equipping educational organizations with subject rooms of a new modification, 569 organizations annually" in 2011-2014, funds were allocated from the national and local budgets in the total amount of 1,271,461. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Strengthening the material and technical base, providing training and production workshops and laboratories of educational institutions with modern equipment" in 2011-2014, funds were allocated from the national budget in the total amount of 699,872. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Creation and functioning of regional educational and methodological offices" in 2013-2015, funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 383,302. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Providing students of professional lyceums with a state scholarship" in 2011-2012, funds were allocated from the national budget in the total amount of 34,017,0 thousand tenge.
- "Ensuring the functioning of juvenile adaptation Centers" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 260,302. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Capital repairs of educational facilities" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 25,011,706. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Construction of new schools to replace 3 replacement and emergency schools" in 2011-2015, funds were allocated from the national and local budgets in the total amount of 35,189,833. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Providing free hot and fortified meals to school students from low-income families" funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 1,730,918. 0 thousand tenge.
- "Ensuring the functioning of the office of psychological and pedagogical correction and rehabilitation centers in regional centers in each district center" funds were allocated from the local budget in the total amount of 1,235,829. 0 thousand tenge.
In total, funds in the total amount of 94,525,125,0 thousand tenge were allocated from the national and local budgets for the implementation of the State program for the development of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 in 2011-2015.
