1) organization and holding of events in the field of additional education, debate movement, self-government, robotics, physical education, mass sports, military-patriotic education, leisure and healthy lifestyle for children and adolescents;
2) preparation of the sports reserve for the national teams of the region;
3) implementation of methodological work in preschool, general education institutions and vocational colleges;
4) methodological support in the field of physical culture, sports, initial military training, debate movement, self-government, robotics and additional education of students;
5) participation in the preparation of the sports reserve by conducting organized special training camps, providing methodological, psychological control over the training process and the health of athletes, members of youth national teams of the region in sports and participation in republican competitions.

7) participation in monitoring and examination of the condition and effective use of objects of the system of additional education;
8) organization of informational, static, analytical work in the field of additional education, debate movement, self-government, robotics, physical education, military-patriotic education, healthy lifestyle of children and youth;
9) carrying out activities for the development and expansion of the network of additional education facilities, debate movement, self-government, robotics in extracurricular organizations;
10) carrying out activities for the organization of leisure, recreation and employment of children and students during extracurricular and vacation time;
11) Organization of educational and methodological events, seminars, contests, competitions among general education, professional and technical, preschool educational institutions and organizations of additional education.
