Turyshov Akyltay is a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. He was born in January 1913 in the village of Akkol, Balkhash district, Almaty region. At the age of 3 he was transferred to an orphanage. He speaks Russian perfectly, studied in the 7th grade. In 1937 he was drafted into the army. While in the army, the Soviet-Finnish war began in 1939, then from the first days of the Great Patriotic War, which he finished in 1945 in Warsaw. From there he was sent to the Japanese war. In 1947, he participated in three wars, survived a bloody front, and returned to the country 10 years later. As a sergeant of the guard, commander of the reconnaissance squad of the 10th Infantry Regiment in the Great Patriotic War, for his courage on February 22, 1944 he was awarded the medals "For Military Merit", "For the Liberation of Prague", "We Won", "For Courage" and various medals. By order of the commander of the Suvorov Rifle Division No. 57 / N dated May 21, 1945, he was awarded the Order of the Red Star on behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Council. USSR for the exemplary performance of military tasks, the courage shown in the fight against the German invaders. Awarded with medals 20, 25, 30, 35 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War; 50, 60 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR. In peacetime, from 1947 to 1951 he worked as a deputy director of a state farm, and other jobs in the field of agriculture. From 1970 to 1983, he worked as the head of the fuel and lubricants warehouse at the Akkol state farm, where he retired. In 1975, by decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, he was awarded the medal "Veteran of Labour". After returning to his homeland in 1947, he created a family with Soltanaeva Shaikul Zhaparkulovna, a girl from the village of Zheltorangy, became the parents of three sons and three daughters. The first-born Dariga was born on November 16, 1949. For 40 years she worked in the Union of Consumers of Kazakhstan. Son Akyltaev Syezbek born in 1956. He graduated from the Kazakh National Polytechnic Institute in 1977, and in 1988 from the Higher Party School. Starting from the position of secretary of the Komsomol committee in Kapshagay, he has been working in various positions for 43 years. Today he is a deputy of the Kapshagay city maslikhat, an honorary citizen. Daughter Turushova Daribala Akyltaevna, February 9, 1958, worked in the Department of Housing and Land Resources of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And the youngest daughter of Turushova Dartai Akyltaevna worked in the field of trade. Sons Isaev Nygyzbek and Turushov Kuatbek chose the teaching path. All children received higher education, served and serve the people. Turushov Akyltay passed away in February 1985.
