There is no corruption!
Corruption is one of those areas that grow together over time, rooted in places where huge funds and public competition appear, which has not yet been eliminated. This causes enormous damage to our young state, as well as to developing countries.
Within the framework of the requirements of the law "on combating corruption ", anti-corruption is carried out in various fields. Especially often people face the disease of bribery. Therefore, in any environment, it is necessary to be socially active in suppressing bribery and bribery.
Bribery negatively affects the functioning and undermines the authority of state bodies, refutes legitimate principles, provokes violation of constitutional rights and legitimate interests of citizens. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", all state bodies and officials holding positions in it must fight corruption. The heads of state bodies, collectives, and local self-government bodies are obliged, within their powers, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the law with the involvement of personnel, control, legal and other services.
There are many reasons why civil servants succumb to corruption crimes and offenses in this regard. It must be influenced, first of all, by the low level of education of employees, the ethical position. The development of bribery is promoted both by the negligence of some civil servants to offenses, the lack of professional ethics, and personal care. Corruption is also deepening in the fact that some heads of state agencies do not show enthusiasm and do not work to comply with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation.
Of course, corruption is not a disease that gives medicines.A mechanism for preventing dangerous diseases that envelop the healthy, clean and healthy environment, constricting vital activity, threatening the activities of the public environment and state bodies, organizations, individual entrepreneurs, citizens by illegal actions, among the population itself. It is necessary to prevent this disease, reduce the ways of spreading in society and prevent its increase. To do this, we need to take part in this event and speak out against it. Only then will we make a great contribution to the interests of the country and get out of the trust of the people.
The basis for taking appropriate measures on corruption actions is the appeal of citizens. Every citizen of our state is obliged to comply with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to respect the rights, freedoms, honor and dignity of others.
The proverb "where there is no justice, they take bribes", "why do we need peace– wealth, if there is no health, why do we need arbitration, if the people are not satisfied" is also a guideline for workers working in the judicial sphere. In fact, we deserve the trust of the population only if we do fair arbitration and stand above corruption.
In the Message of the Head of State there is a clear rule: "you violate the law, you are held accountable in accordance with its articles." Otherwise, we will repeat what happened in Soviet times, "as the law turns, so it turns." Thus, the judicial system, which aims to eradicate corruption, also considers it its duty to become a reality and become interested in the proper implementation of legislation.
