The corporation "Government for Citizens" will transfer the majority of public services to paperless service. To do this, paper receipts for 8 services were excluded from public service centers. In the near future, all other services will be transferred to the service without receipts. According to the chairman of the board of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" Suyenish Abdildin, the transition to paperless service will be carried out in several stages. "During the general digitalization and de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus, millions of tons of paper need to be replaced with technologies and online services, which we are doing. Now Kazakhstanis will receive an SMS notification, which will indicate at what time and at what PSC they need to apply for a ready-made document. It is enough for the PSC operator to present the electronic version of the receipt to the client," Abdildin said. Every year, specialists of public service centers issue about 6 million receipts to Kazakhstanis for these 8 services (40% of the total number of receipts). Abandoning them will not only save customers from having to present them when receiving documents, but will also reduce the costs of the state corporation for paper, which, by the way, has risen sharply in 2022. In order to optimize the budget, the Government decided to switch to the use of eco-paper made of semi-green pulp for citizens. It differs from the usual yellow color, which does not affect the quality of the printed text. In addition, it is suitable for all printers and copiers. Currently, many government agencies, universities and banks are switching to the use of such paper. List of services for which receipts will not be issued: 1. Issuance and revocation of the registration certificate of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2. Registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3. Removal from registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan 4. Issuance of repeated certificates or certificates of registration of acts of civil status 5. Issuance of a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record 6. Issuance of a duplicate of the title document for immovable property 7.
