The Republic of Kazakhstan is the first and only state in the CIS that has adopted a special law on combating corruption. The formality and efficiency of the work of state bodies in this direction is due to the fact that the issues of combating corruption are under the personal control of the Head of State. Hot disputes are caused by current problems of corruption, its occurrence, criminal legal means of combating it.
