Get in line to receive a land plot for residential housing is available on the e-government portal eGov.kz .

Previously, in order to get in line for obtaining a land plot for residential housing, citizens applied to local akimats with a paper application, which could cause incorrect queue formation. The queuing process itself took 12 days. Applications have been stored separately and separately for 16 years at the level of the district, city, region. Today, thanks to a well-developed system, citizens will be able to queue for eGov.kz, independently track its movement online, as well as update data on previously submitted applications. Thus, the process of obtaining 10 acres will become as transparent as possible, and the formation of the application will take only 5 minutes. The waiting lists provided by akimats were digitized and displayed on eGov.kz . Digitization of the queue for a land plot is a huge step forward in the eradication of corruption. Now every citizen of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of majority will be able to apply for 10 acres without leaving home through eGov.kz and keep track of your queue. Another innovation was the opportunity to apply for land in any region of the country without the need to visit the akimat. In order to use the service, you need to log in to the eGov portal.kz in the section "Real Estate" - "Land relations", select the service "Viewing or queuing for a land plot for individual housing construction (10 acres)". Next, you need to select the type of application. There are three types available today: queuing; updating data; removal from the queue. If you are queuing up for the first time to receive a plot, then you need to select the region in which you want to receive it. If you are sure that you have joined the queue earlier, but you cannot find information about yourself, then you need to choose the type of application – "updating". To confirm your queue, you need to upload a document confirming its availability (a scanned version of the coupon, copies of the application, identity card, etc.). You can also track your queue on the website www.map.gov4c.kz/egkn / by logging in with an EDS. You can remove yourself from the queue by selecting the type of application "Removal from the queue". The user will not be able to get in line if he has previously received land from the state for free, and if there are no free territories for residential housing in the locality. Decisions on the issue of vacant plots will be made by akimats. The plots will be issued as the sites are being prepared or if there are free territories, according to the General Plan of the settlement. If earlier you were already in line for a land plot in one region, and now you are considering applying for land in another region, then it should be noted that 10 acres are issued free of charge only once, in the region where the queue came up. The remaining applications are canceled. Earlier, in order to get in line for obtaining a land plot for residential housing, citizens applied to local executive bodies, i.e. akimats. They could only choose the lands of their region. The waiting lists, by the way, were also kept in akimats. According to Article 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, every citizen of Kazakhstan has the right to receive a land plot (10 acres) for individual housing construction free of charge.
