There is less and less paperwork in our lives. And it pleases. Today, with your permission, the interested party (employer, banks, etc.) can request 21 certificates online.
Through the service of obtaining certificates by third parties, certificates from psycho-drug dispensaries, about the presence/ absence of real estate, criminal records, information about the state of pension savings, tax arrears and others are available.
To do this, a third party needs to:
1. Log in to the egov portal.kz;
2. Find this service and enter the IIN of the person for whom you need to order a certificate;
3. In the list, select the required type of help and send a request to the user.
The request will be sent to the citizen's personal account, as well as an SMS message with the code from 14 will be sent to the phone.
The user must approve or refuse the request for a certificate within 2 hours of receipt. After 2 hours, the response is considered invalid.
