The service is issued free of charge through the PSC or the e-government portal.
How to get the service online:
1. Log in to the egov portal.kz, find the service "Registration of documents for the provision of services of an individual assistant to the disabled of the first group who have difficulty in movement";
2. Order the service online and fill out an application. You can sign the service with an EDS or with an SMS password;
3. A notification about the processing of your application will be sent to your personal account.
To get a service in a PSC, you must:
1.Application;
2. Identity document;
3. A power of attorney from a disabled person, in the case of an appeal from a person who has received a power of attorney from a disabled person.
The service delivery period in both cases is 10 working days.
The client will be informed about the decision by SMS to the specified number.
