Housing assistance is assigned to low-income families whose total income is below the subsistence minimum.
It includes utility bills and expenses for the maintenance of housing rented from the public housing fund.
For registration of housing assistance, you should contact the PSC and submit an application. You need to have an identity card, documents confirming family income, a certificate from the place of work or the unemployed and utility costs.
Also, public services can be obtained online on the portal egov.kz . In this case, you will need an EDS to sign an electronic application.
The response will be received within 8 working days in the personal account.
