We all, the whole country, have experienced very difficult first days of the year. Peaceful demonstrations with legitimate demands were intercepted by extremist and marauding thugs, from which almost all regions of Kazakhstan suffered.
I am very grateful to all my colleagues for the fact that you showed consciousness and did not succumb to provocations. Many of you continued your work in the most stressful moments.
At the same time, I want you to know that open appeals on behalf of employees about the need to raise wages have been heard by both the leadership of the State Corporation and the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovation.
There are no simple solutions to this issue, this is obvious. We have a lot of serious work to do in this direction.
We are all employees of the same organization, with equal rights. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems together. A one-sided approach according to the "top-down" scheme did not give a result. This should be openly acknowledged.
Therefore, I invite to the capital 5 authoritative and trusted representatives of collectives from each region, from each direction - front offices, social block, land cadastre, registration block, AUP.
You will choose them yourself - employees. There should be no imposition from above.
Together, we will decide face to face how to improve the material security of our employees, and we will draw up a concrete action plan. I think this is the only right way.
I ask you to decide on the candidates within two weeks, after which I invite everyone to a meeting in the capital.
I instruct the heads of branches to work out all organizational issues.
