To restore the technical passport, you need to contact the Special Service Center, write an application and pay a state fee of 1.25 MCI. The new technical passport will be ready in a couple of hours.
The technical passport also needs to be updated if you have changed your name or surname, changed the color of your car or simply ruined the document.
