Persons with special needs can order wheelchairs, prostheses and hygiene products online.
To apply on the egov portal.kz is necessary:
1. select the appropriate service;
2. specify the necessary technical means of rehabilitation and the service provider;
3. Sign the request using an EDS or a one-time SMS password.
On the portal, you can track the status of your application until it is fully executed. There is even home delivery via courier.
It is worth noting that previously, in order to receive social assistance, clients had to personally contact the employment and social programs services.
