Changing the manager in the online format
To date, changing the head of a legal entity is the most common and popular service.
According to Article 14-2 of the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices", changes and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) when the head is changed (appointment of a head, appointment of an acting head, appointment of a manager of the property and activities of a legal entity, removal from office of the head) are made automatically on the basis of an electronic notification.
In 2021, a Service was developed for the procedure for changing the head (appointment of the head, appointment of the acting head, appointment of the manager of the property and activities of a legal entity) through the e-government portal
The application is submitted through the PEP by the appointed head (the appointed trustee of the inheritance or the notary who issued the certificate of appointment of the trustee; the head of the parent organization; the authorized person of the legal entity) with the attachment of a scanned copy in pdf format of the foundation document (order, decision).
