The socio-political situation in the Balkhash district is stable, there were no complaints about protest actions or protest events in the district during the reporting period. In order to maintain the stability of the state, local executive bodies constantly monitor the socio-political situation. The working group created by the district took all issues under control, the measures taken are going according to plan. In addition, social networks are in the spotlight, and the information coming into the network is under control. There are 15 rural districts and 28 settlements in the Balkhash district. The population is 31079 people, including 14 representatives of ethnic groups.  According to quantitative and qualitative indicators: 92.7% are Kazakhs, 5.1% Russians, 0.5% Koreans, 0.5% Germans, the share of other ethnic groups is below 0.2%. The main source of income for representatives of ethnic groups living in the district is agriculture. (animal husbandry, gardening), 0.3% work in the public service, 5% in education, 7% students, 0.9% in healthcare, 0.2% in other budgetary institutions, 0.3% in entrepreneurship.  In Bakbakta, Akzhar, Kuygansky, Bakanas rural districts, where representatives of ethnic groups are often located, there are no unresolved problems in the following areas: roads, drinking water, medicine, culture, education, normal social conditions. The process of supervision of interethnic stability and cooperation is taken into account.

In total, 400 visual propaganda manuals were posted in the Balkhash district. In particular, 75 billboards, 2 panels, 16 suspended installations, 307 stands. Of these, 65 are on state policy, 21 on a private topic, 104 on "Rukhani Zhangyr", 15 on the Message, 143 are visual propaganda manuals on state programs and symbols.

In each edition of the newspaper "Balkash oniri", which is a mirror of the district, articles and informative articles are regularly published under special headings, in order to implement the constructive policy of the head of state, messages to the people of Kazakhstan, strategic articles and broad propaganda among the population.  Many articles about the prosperity of the region, the activities of the region are regularly published in regional publications. Since the beginning of the year, 10 articles have been published in the newspaper "Zhetisu", 6 articles in the newspaper "Lights of Alatau". 3 stories were shown on the Zhetisu TV channel. There are also readers on the official website of Our newspaper, on Facebook, on the pages of Istagram. Along with the pages of the publication, readers are offered articles published on the Internet. On the pages of the social network registered in the name of the akim of the district and the akimat of the district, events held in the district are regularly published.
