Akim of Almaty Y. Dossayev met with policemen

Akim of Almaty Y. Dossayev visited the Police Department and met with law enforcement officers. The Head of the city expressed his gratitude to the police for their service during the terrorist attacks.

 

The Akim was also shown the Operational Control Center, including a video surveillance system connected to more than 10,000 video cameras installed throughout the city.

At the end of the meeting, Y. Dossayev wished the policemen success in their work and noted their important role in ensuring security and the need to constantly increase the public's confidence in their activities.
