The Center for Citizen Reception operates as a centralized platform for interaction between government agencies and the public.
At the Center for Citizen Reception, in comfortable conditions, you can:

submit an application to the akimat of the city of Almaty;

receive consultations from representatives of various agencies;

make an appointment for a personal reception with the city's leadership and their deputies (instructions for scheduling a personal reception via the "e-Ötinish" information system in online format: download).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, lunch break from 12:30 to 14:00.
