Rent-to-own housing

The rules for providing rent-free housing for working youth (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with sub-paragraph 12-1) articles 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 "on state youth policy" and determine the procedure for providing rental housing without the right to buy out for working youth.

Are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 29 (twenty nine) years, mastered the educational curricula of secondary schools and (or) technical, vocational and (or) secondary, and (or) higher, and (or) post-graduate education and working.

Confirmation of permanent registration in the city of Almaty for at least 2 (two) last years (for applicants for rental housing in the city of Almaty).

Confirmation of the absence of the applicant, the spouse (spouse) and minor children housing the right of ownership in the Republic of Kazakhstan, lease with option to purchase within 2 (two) years preceding the submission of the application, with the exception of houses in disrepair, threatening collapse (caving), which is confirmed by a relevant certificate of the local Executive body at the location of this home.
