5-10-20 «ШАҢЫРАҚ»

The participants of the pilot project "Shanyrak" can be citizens who are registered in the akimat as needing housing.

The income for each family member for the last six months should not exceed 3.1 subsistence minimum (PM, from April 1, 2020 - 32,668 tenge) per month. In other words, the amount of income per family member in 2020 should not exceed 101,270 tenge.

Housing can be purchased in any new residential properties. They can be built both by akimats, within the framework of the "Shanyrak" program, and by private developers. You can also purchase housing under an equity agreement (not commissioned), but only if the developer has a guarantee of JSC "housing construction guarantee Fund" (FGZHS).
