Major repairs of multi-apartment buildings (facades, roofs, entrances, basements, utility networks, replacement of elevators) at the expense of the state budget with the condition of their return by residents within 8-15 years. At the same time, the debt assigned to the premises (apartment) can be repaid ahead of time at the request of the owner. During the refund, no encumbrances are imposed on the apartment.

To participate in the Program residents at a General meeting decide to repair houses and make a selection of responsible persons from among owners of rooms (apartments) (requires the consent of at least 66% of the total number of owners in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 42-1 of the Law of RK "On housing relations"). After that KSK provides a Protocol and an application to participate in the LLP "Almaty Trin I". Before carrying out repairs, a preliminary estimate will be drawn up and submitted for approval to residents. If these documents are approved, "Almaty turgyn UY" LLP submits a budget application for the allocation of funds for the development of POI and for major repairs of the house.

In 2020, it is planned to repair 298 houses for 4.4 billion tenge (including major repairs of 160 houses for 2.3 billion tenge, replacement of 300 elevators in 138 houses for 2.1 billion tenge).
To date, the replacement of all 300 elevators has been completed. Contracts have been signed for major repairs of 45 houses, of which 8 houses have been repaired, and 31 houses are undergoing repairs
