Goals and objectives:
Goals:
- Organization of public safety in state educational institutions;
- Improving road safety;
- Assistance in reducing crime rate, assistance to police in solving crimes;
- Reduction of road traffic accident deaths, the number of accidents, and severity of injuries caused by accidents.
Objectives:
- Increase transparency in police activities of the police, reduce corruption-related factors;
- Improve quality of urban transport management and obtaining up-to-date traffic data;
- Improve effectiveness of police actions to prevent offenses and provide prompt assistance to citizens;
- Replenish Almaty city local budget by collecting fines for traffic violations, rapid tracking of non-payers of transport tax, etc.
The project combines all video monitoring systems to improve and increase security in the city, in particular:
- Integrated security system in public educational institutions of Almaty (ISS 220 schools);
- Traffic video surveillance;
- Video surveillance of courtyards of multi-store buildings;
- Video surveillance of crowded places (markets, train stations, etc.);
- Video surveillance in elevators of multi-store buildings.
