Communal property management

To the municipal property of the city of Almaty according to the results

For 11 months of 2021, 45 newly built engineering infrastructure facilities, landscaping, property of created recreational zones, construction and reconstruction of highways were adopted, of which:

- 9 objects of water supply and sewerage networks (transferred to the State Enterprise on the PCV "Almaty Su").

- 5 objects of improvement (transferred to the district akimats of Almaty);

- 6 objects of thermal networks (transferred to Almaty Thermal Networks LLP);

- 1 boiler room facility (transferred to Almatyteplokommunenergo LLP);

- 4 objects of water supply, sewerage networks and KNS (transferred to the State Enterprise on the PCV "Almaty Su");

- 1 water intake facility (transferred to the Office of Akim of Bostandyk district of Almaty);

- 9 well sites (transferred to the district akimats of Almaty);

- property of created recreational zones in the Zhas Kanat microdistrict, Mayak settlement including the beach areas of the Airport Lake, Karasu microdistrict, Zhetysu-3 microdistrict including outdoor lighting (transferred to the district akimats of Almaty, GKP on the Almaty Kala Zharyk PCV);

- 9 objects of construction and reconstruction of highways, outdoor lighting, telephony lines and road signs (transferred to the district akimats of Almaty city, the Office of Urban Mobility of Almaty city, GKP on the PCV "Almaty Kala Zharyk", GKP on the PCV "Almaty Su" and RDT "Almatytelecom");

- 1 outdoor lighting facility (transferred to the GKP at the Almaty Kala Zharyk PCV).

41 objects of engineering infrastructure, as well as 4 working projects, including:

- 4 working projects (PSD);

- 27 objects of thermal networks (transferred to Almaty Thermal Networks LLP);

- 1 asphalt pavement object with an area of 620 sq.m (transferred to the office of akim of Medeu district of Almaty);

- 8 objects of water supply, sewerage networks, pumping stations and water supply equipment (transferred to the State Enterprise for the Almaty Su PCV);

- 2 boiler facilities (transferred to Almatyteplokommunenergo LLP);

- 2 outdoor lighting facilities (transferred to the GKP at the Almaty Kala Zharyk PCV);

- 1 electric grid facility (transferred to the Department of Energy Efficiency and Infrastructure Development of the city of Almaty).

 

Regarding utility assets

To the municipal property of the city of Almaty according to the results

For 11 months of 2021, 105 newly built real estate objects were accepted, including:

- 7 newly built educational facilities (including 4 extensions to schools);

- 3 newly built healthcare facilities (including an extension to the psychiatric hospital center building);

- 55 newly built apartment buildings;

- newly built trade pavilion;

- 38 newly built precinct police stations.

- sports and recreation complex for ski sports in the amount of 1 billion 093 million tenge;

126 real estate objects (26 administrative objects, 100 apartments) were transferred from republican ownership to communal ownership.

According to the donation agreements, 3 real estate objects and the Arka art object were accepted.

In addition, a 100% stake in Almaty Railway Hospital LLP was taken from the republican ownership.
