Property lease (rent)

According to the results of 11 months of 2021, the Property Rental Department concluded 602 property rental (lease) agreements. Receipts as of December 1, 2021 amount to 539.7 million tenge, with a plan of 560.8 million tenge or 96.2%.
From January 1 to June 30, 2021, in pursuance of the Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of a Comprehensive plan to restore economic Growth by the end of 2021" and the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Rules for the transfer of state property to property lease (lease)" in terms of non-accrual of lease payments, the Department concluded 386 additional agreements with small and medium-sized businesses to suspend lease payments, while the revenue part of receipts in 2021 decreased from 792.1 million tenge to 560.8 million tenge.
