Trust management and privatization

As of November 2021, the following municipal property objects were sold for a total amount of 349.2 million tenge, including:

- 180 units . motor vehicles totaling 214.8 million tenge;

- real estate object in the form of buildings (property complex): letter A is an administrative building with a total area of 977.6 sq.m., letter B is a production building with a total area of 2342.6 sq. m., letter B is a warehouse with a total area of 901.2 sq.m., located on a plot of land with an area of 1.4397 hectares, located at the address: Almaty, Zhetysu district, Moskvina str., 41 A) in the amount of 134.4 million tenge.

Transferred to the trust management:

- a building with a total area of 2,224.7 sq.m., at the address: Almalinsky district, Zheltoksan str., 110, letter A without the right of subsequent redemption for the opening of a clinical diagnostic center;

- newly built sports and recreation complex for skiing, located at the address: Almaty city, Bostandyk district, Ermensai microdistrict, lane 1, house 8, without the right of subsequent redemption.

At the same time, a hearing was held on February 9-10 of this year

On the implementation of the Comprehensive Privatization Plan

for 2021-2025

According to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

dated December 29 , 2020 No. 908 in the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for

2021-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), 13 organizations are included in the city of Almaty.

The Akimat's resolution approved the sales schedule by year (2021 - 7 objects (53.8%), 2022 - 4 objects (30.8%),

2023 – 1 object (7,7%), 2024 – 1 object (7,7%).

3 objects (GCE "Children's music school №3. S. Prokofiev", state institution "Children's music school №11" and GCE "Children's music school №1(choral)") are to be excluded from the Comprehensive plan in accordance with the decision of the State Commission on the modernization of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 1, 2021.

The issue of exclusion of 3 organizations (KGP on the PCV "Almaty tazalyk", LLP "Almatyelectrotrans", LLP "Eco Almaty") from the Comprehensive Privatization Plan 2021-2025 has been submitted for consideration by the State Commission on the Modernization of the Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On October 27, 2021, the Commission on the Privatization of State Property Objects on Privatization was held

Sports and Cultural Complex LLP and property complex

KGP at the Almaty Kala Zharyk PCV, at which the type of privatization, the form and method of bidding were decided, and the initial prices of objects were also set.

To date, on the web portal of the state property register www.gosreestr.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) an announcement has been placed on the implementation of the KGP at the Almaty Kala Zharyk PCV (the second auction will take place
