Progress report for 2022

Regarding privatization

Revenues from privatization amounted to 474,9 million tenge in 2022 year, of which:

- 176 units of cars sold;

- receipts for the previously implemented facility in installments in 2021 (construction in progress);

- communal property in the form of one living room with an area of 7,5 19,50 square meters and a ½ share in public premises in apartment № 7, located at the address: Almaty city, Zhetysusky district, Skryabina street, 4;

- public property in the form of an apartment with a total area of 7,1 square meters, built in 1985, without sanitary facilities, located at the address: Almaty, Almalinsky district, Turgut Ozala street, house 57, apartment number 3.

Regarding trust management

Work was carried out on the transfer of 8 objects in 2022 year, of which: 3 objects were transferred to state organizations, 1 commercial organization, 4 social facilities.
