Regarding utility assets

In 2022, 89 newly built real estate objects worth 112 billion were accepted into the municipal property of the city . 407 million tenge, of which:

- 21 newly built educational facilities (including 14 extensions to schools) in the amount of 67 billion 854 million tenge

- 2 healthcare facilities worth 17 billion 129 million tenge;

- 63 newly built multi-apartment residential buildings in the amount of 23 billion 881 million tenge;

- 3 sports and recreation complexes in the amount of 3 billion 543 million tenge.

116 real estate objects have been accepted from republican ownership into communal ownership, these are 102 apartments and 14 real estate objects.

According to 14 donation agreements, 1 apartment, 4 buildings, 3 football-type hangars, 10 vehicles, a fire and video surveillance system, a bicycle rental station, 3 shares in limited liability partnerships and a software product were accepted.

Along with the above, veterinary drugs in the amount of 246 thousand units, 4 German Shepherds, 25 vehicles (including ambulance), 4 names of building materials and 42 pieces of furniture were accepted.
