Project " Bakytty family"

The social center and the program "Bakytty otbasy" in the Bostandyk district of Almaty were specially created to support women from large and low-income families.

The mission of the project is to form the necessary competencies and knowledge in women to organize their own business.

The goal is to promote vocational training for women, the formation of the necessary knowledge and skills for organizing their own business, developing skills for starting and running a business, as well as assistance in finding a job. Providing assistance to mothers with many children and low-income mothers in improving living conditions.

The format of the program is free training for women in demanded specialties and professions, the basics of entrepreneurship, effective management of a mini-business, and employment.

Strategic plan of the "Bakytty Otbasy" branch

Bostandyk district of Almaty for the period May-December 2020

Purpose: "Organization of the activities of the Social Center" Bakytty Otbasy "(hereinafter referred to as the branch) for large low-income families of Bostandyk district of Almaty, within the framework of the state social order".

Tasks:

Develop and complete a social passport for large and low-income families.

Result: will show the real situation of each family, and will make the process of providing targeted and other social assistance clear and transparent. It will create optimal conditions for helping children from low-income families in education.

Prepare conditions for the implementation of the following educational services:
computer courses;
to organize the project "Mini - PSC" (training service recipients and assistance in submitting documents and obtaining certificates);
"Creative workshop": training in working with wool in the technique of wet and dry heaving, sewing, weaving;
For children in need (after a needs assessment by social workers) organize a classroom with internet, computers, copier and printer to prepare for lessons and do homework.
To organize regular consultations for children from birth to 3 years old, including those with developmental pathologies and children at risk, on an ongoing basis. Every Monday - children from 0 to 3 years old;
Organize regular consultations for children from 3 to 18 years old on an ongoing basis. Every Wednesday - children from 3 to 18 years old. Consultations of a multidisciplinary nature with the participation of a psychologist, social worker, teacher-defectologist, speech therapist, exercise therapy instructor and others.
Organization of legal consultations in various directions: on property, housing, legal and other issues - once a week.
Organization of a classroom for schoolchildren from large and low-income families using computers, a printer and a copier. In this regard, social workers should assess social and living conditions and identify those who need to use this class (criteria: lack of the Internet, lack of a computer and printing facilities, lack of housing conditions).
Organize a room for the temporary stay of children until school age.
Involvement of volunteers among children over 16 years old from large families to the activities of the BO department, the creation of creative workshops, the involvement of children from large and low-income families in inclusive projects, the invitation of famous personalities to stimulate the personal growth of boys and girls.
Close cooperation with the GKP on REM "City Center for Human Reproduction", the Center for Supporting Young People in terms of reproductive health, healthy lifestyle and more.
Search and training of the necessary specialists (teachers, social workers, etc.)
Purchase of materials for creative pursuits, appropriate furniture, necessary inventory and equipment.
Define the main directions in the ethics of labor relations and create your own code of ethical standards in order to provide quality social services.
