Born on April 8, 1986 in the village of Karatau, Sozak district, South Kazakhstan region.
In 2004, he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev with a degree in Water Resources and Water Management, and in 2009 from the Kazakh Multidisciplinary Parasat Institute with a degree in Finance.

Карьера

Rustem Orazovich began his career in March 2007 as a supervisor at Almaty Parking State Institution.
From March 2009 to October 2009, he worked as an acting leading specialist, a leading specialist in the Department of public Utilities of the office of Akim of Zhetysu district.
From October 2009 to May 2023, he worked as the chief specialist of the landscaping department of the office of the akim of Almaly district.
In May 2023, he was appointed head of the Department of Engineering and road infrastructure of the office of Akim of Almaly district.
