Much work is being done to increase the activity of rural youth. However, many rural young people are shy and do not want to leave the group. Young people are afraid of younger people who can convey the group's ideas without hesitation. A 20-year-old man publicly asked, "Should I cross the line of shame in leadership?" Fear of hindrance. However, students from near and far cities have a great influence on the formation of new ideas and new perspectives in rural children.
Baiganin_live activists are some of the most innovative and kind young people around. This active group consists of young people from the Bayganinsky district of Aktobe. The charity work of young people who raised the issue of cleanliness in the village on the official Instagram page and posted videos received spiritual support from many.
Meirbolat Shandybaev and Meyrambek Shekernaev, who have been spending summer holidays in their home towns for several years in a row, note the low activity of rural youth and the unsatisfactory environmental situation. They try to increase their activity in different ways. But realizing that three months of summer vacation is not enough, they say that they plan to come to the village immediately after graduation.
Today Meirbolat, a fourth-year student at the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, is the coordinator of the youth public association "LEADER-Q", and Meirmbek is the head of a group of volunteers of the Information-Analytical Center "Ansar". The group, created on the initiative of the two, now has 19 activists. Most of the activists are students and schoolchildren.
- There were also adults last year. Even today there are people who want to be helped by adults, to help them in any way they can, - the leaders say.
Activists work mainly in the field of education. He realized long ago that just dealing with garbage is ineffective.
- People think that management is responsible for cleanliness. But the residents litter, not the management. And if the residents do not stop spraying, there is no point in swearing, the group members say.
For this reason, they work towards education in order to remove the "garbage in the minds" of the population. On his Instagram page, he also began providing free temporary book readings to help change people's minds for the better. According to him, it is much easier to donate books inaccessible to the public without paperwork. And every reader who shares his impressions of the book will become an excellent motivation for those around him.
Meyrambek Shekernaev:
- We collected all the books and organized a reading marathon. There are times when young people cannot invest in self-development. And our goal is to make expensive books available. The book is provided free of charge. Is reading. Separates the effect. Stimulates others. There will always be a lot of interest in the world that interests most people. This is how a trend is formed. Everyone wants to learn. Literature affects people. This will inevitably awaken your sleeping consciousness.
The Baiganin_live youth, who offered to see themselves as an active group, rather than volunteers, did not apply to participate in the volunteer group. According to young people, no documents are needed to be active. And at the beginning of the year it is undesirable to be a paperless "office man" who works only on paper, "covered with mushrooms after the rain." But he says he will not shy away from preparing the document when it comes to formalities.
When the country was quarantined, the group was one of the first to distribute food to those in need. The group that adheres to the slogan "Don't fish, give me fishing rods" seems to feel that people will be left without fishing rods. They distributed food products worth about 250 thousand tenge, which, according to them, was "the support of the people in difficult times."
Today, Baiganin_live activists have cleared a number of sites in the regional center of Karaulkeldy.
- From adults "Oh, it was so in our time, where is now ...?" I often hear words. I think he is proud of what he lost and destroyed. I do not want to "brag" to my children that I "ruined" what we have now! That is why we are working to change the consciousness and culture of people. We want him to understand, see and know. Currently, the collected waste is taken out by the akimat of the rural district. He said that he was ready to help in any way he could. We do not want to focus on the problem, - said Meirbolat Shandybaev.
He also organized the discovery of sources to draw attention to the problem of cleanliness, which is one of the areas of education. He also contacted environmental groups in Aktobe and started growing willows. It is planned to turn the headwaters into a resting place.
The guys are also planning to plant trees. With the help of citizen Yevgeny Lazarchuk, he began localizing Pavlovsk fiber. This seedling grows up to 4 meters in 2 years. Members of the group, whose interest in willows has just begun, have already prepared a project for a special grant and submitted documents.
The upcoming project "Clean World" is just one of 7 areas specially designated for the Year of Volunteers. Within the framework of the project of the republican organization "Zhas Ulan", 68 irrevocable grants are provided for the amount of 300 thousand tenge. 7 projects were submitted in the district.
“While we cannot change the entire society, we want our time to be productive. When we do bad things, we come up with a thousand excuses to justify ourselves. And to do good, you need motivation. It's no secret that to some of us just doing good may seem like a shame. The motivation of a person who expects something from someone who wants to be praised is exhausted. A person who rationally uses his time and is close to effective work does not "die". Well, we can't do everything perfect. But if we grieve and thank one family and one low-income person, we will succeed, ”activists say.
They don't invite you to join. The door is open to those who are willing and interested. No age or job restrictions.
