На традиционной августовской конференции в Актобе были озвучены новые планы и достижения в сфере образования региона. Руководитель областного управления образования Булбул Кузембаева в Год рабочих профессий поделилась новостями о подготовке кадров рабочих специальностей.
«Как отметил Глава государства, подготовка нового поколения рабочих кадров – современных, мобильных и конкурентоспособных специалистов – является одной из главных задач сегодняшнего дня. В этом направлении в Актюбинской области развивается непрерывная система образования по принципу „Детский сад – школа – колледж – производство“», – сказала главный педагог региона.
По ее словам, в новом учебном году в рамках государственного заказа количество мест на рабочие специальности увеличилось в два раза. Всего для колледжей выделено 7390 государственных грантовых мест, из которых 4325 выпускников выбрали сельское хозяйство, сферу услуг и технические направления.
Кроме того, в этом году два колледжа получили лицензии на три новые специальности: «Цветовод – флорист», «Гостиничный бизнес» и «Организация обслуживания в сфере питания».
Булбул Кузембаева также отметила, что система дуального обучения продолжает расширяться. Сегодня в области в 27 колледжах по 59 специальностям обучение осуществляется с участием 1160 предприятий.
Все системные работы, проводимые в сфере образования, направлены на превращение колледжей Актюбинской области в современную образовательную инфраструктуру.

Mike Tiruman, General Secretary of the Teachers' Union of Singapore, Lilia Mukhametshina, director of the Singapore company MentorEd International, highly appreciated the level of qualification of Aktobe teachers, and also told about the main directions of the training course.
Over the course of four days, the trainers will share the latest methods of intellectual leadership, self-study of students, and help them discover their own methodological potential.
Yeraly Tugzhanov visited the Kemel Bilim school where the training is taking place.
It involves 85 principals of schools, colleges and teachers, including from districts.
"Our main task is to develop a new teaching methodology. We need to form a systematic approach to education, to provide children with equal access to quality knowledge. This will allow us to educate a person who stands confidently on his feet, on whom the development of the village, the region and the country as a whole will depend," the governor of the region stressed, adding that it is planned to develop an educational project taking into account the Singapore experience.
The head of the region wished the coaches success, expressing hope for further fruitful cooperation.
Flood prevention measures are currently underway in the Aktobe region. The consequences are being eliminated in the Kobdinsky and Wilsky districts, there is no threat in other territories of the region, the situation is stable.

Flood control measures were launched in the region in September 2022.
In particular, the canals and waterways of 5 rivers of Aktobe (Sazdy, Tamdy, Zhinishke, Butak, Peschanka) have been cleaned, the threat of flooding of residential buildings in this territory has been reduced.
However, due to the sharp warming in early March, active melting of snow in the steppe began in the region, as a result, floods occurred in Kobdinsky and Wilsky districts on March 13 due to meltwater, and a local emergency was declared in these areas.
It should be noted that last winter's snow fell in the Aktobe region 2.2 times more than last year.
"A special commission has been set up in the Kobdinsky and Wilsky districts, the damage is being calculated. In the village . Kobda has already begun construction of 24 houses for residents of flooded houses, construction work is planned to be completed in June," Yeraly Tugzhanov said.
Also on the territory of the region, the facts of the difficulty of the passage of steppe meltwater through culverts on highways of republican and local significance were recorded. As of today, restoration work is underway on these sites, roads are open in all directions.
Alikhan Ismailov instructed to take measures to maximize the implementation of flood prevention measures in order to significantly reduce the risks of flooding next year.
After the Government meeting, the head of the region listened to the reports of the akims of the districts on the current situation on the ground, set a number of tasks to strengthen flood control measures and implement the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The issues of the flood period were considered at a meeting chaired by Akim of Aktobe region Yeraly Tugzhanov.
The heads of a number of state institutions and akims of districts made reports on the current situation and the ongoing work to prevent flood threats. During the discussion, weak forecasting and analytical work on the part of the branches of RSE "Kazvodkhoz" and RSE "Kazhydromet" was noted.

In order to prevent such situations in the future, the road sections most susceptible to overflows have been identified. The issue of installing additional water pipes on these sites, as well as the construction and repair of bridges is being considered.
During the meeting, Akim of the region Yeraly Tugzhanov thanked everyone who took part and is taking part in the prevention and elimination of the consequences of floods in the settlements of the region. The Aktobe region has approved a Roadmap for the study, preservation, reconstruction and popularization of the cultural heritage of the region for 2023-2025. The document provides for 14 large-scale archaeological expeditions. These and other topical issues of archaeological and ethnographic complex research were discussed by the participants of the round table held today at the Aktobe Regional Museum of Local Lore.
The event was attended by Akim of the region Yeraly Tugzhanov, leading experts, representatives of scientific organizations of Kazakhstan, Turkey, Mongolia and Hungary.
"President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that more attention should be paid to the study and coverage of historical issues. The conference is the first step towards a large archaeological expedition in the Aktobe region. It is time to talk about history with facts, to approach it from a scientific point of view. For our part, we will create all conditions for scientists, including for working with the use of new technologies," Yeraly Tugzhanov stressed.
The main direction of the expeditions is the study of monuments of the Huns era. Specialists of the A.H. Margulan Institute of Archaeology will coordinate the work.
"Archaeologically, the territory of the Aktobe region, saturated with diverse monuments, has been studied unevenly. For a long time it was believed that the steppes of the Aktobe region were deserted in the era of the Huns. Recent archaeological research proves the opposite. As part of further research work, not only excavations will be carried out, but also the archives of all western regions of the country will be studied. Work in this direction has already begun," said Akan Ongaruly, Director General of the A. Margulan Institute of Archaeology.
As a result of the efforts of local researchers over the past 5 years, about 400 archaeological sites of the Huns era have been discovered in the Aktobe region. At the same time, the territories of only three districts of the region were investigated. Radiocarbon dating allowed the finds to be dated fairly reliably.
"Conducting large-scale studies of numerous monuments of Hunnic tribes discovered in the region in recent years, as well as searching for new ones, will give a new impetus to the study of the history and culture of the peoples who inhabited our lands in different historical periods," the famous archaeologist Zeynolla Samashev expressed confidence.
The project will be implemented in cooperation with foreign scientists.
"Everyone is interested in the migration of the Huns. Given the new data, it can be assumed that the capital of the Western Huns was located on the territory of the current city of Aktobe. It is quite possible. We will provide comprehensive assistance in research," assured Ahmet Tashagyl, Professor at Istanbul Yeditepe University.
The Hungarian Museum of Natural Sciences will also assist in the study of the found artifacts.
"Our peoples have a lot in common, and we believe that studying and popularizing our culture and history is a common task. This is not our first joint project with Aktobe colleagues. We are ready to participate in it in terms of genetic, anthropological analysis, reconstruction based on the found remains. We are glad to continue our cooperation," said Andras, an anthropologist at the Hungarian Museum of Natural Sciences Biro.
It should be noted that Andras Biro is one of the scientists who participated in the genetic analysis and reconstruction of the appearance of Abilkayir Khan.
In addition to the round table, the akim of the region and the guests of the event took part in the opening of a traveling exhibition "Babadan kalgan Amanat" from the ethnographic collections of the fund of the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Regional Museum of Local Lore. The exhibition presents antique household items, clothing and jewelry, personal belongings of famous historical figures such as Aishuak Sultan, Jayau Musa, Shokan Ualikhanov, Amre Kashaubayev, Kanysh Satpayev, etc.
In the region, in order to take operational measures during the spring flood, the regional flood control headquarters works around the clock.
According to the regional headquarters, 51 residential buildings, the FOC building, the cafe building and one service station in the village of Kobda of the Kobda district were flooded during the day. There are no casualties. 91 people were evacuated.
128 people, 37 units of equipment, 9 units of water-pumping equipment are involved in emergency rescue operations. Measures have been taken to evacuate material valuables, transport inert materials and strengthen houses with inert material and sacks.

Since March 6, in Aktobe and the districts of the region, 1,514 applications have been accepted for pumping and removing meltwater from streets, highways and courtyards, all have been worked out.
More than 317 thousand m3 of meltwater was pumped out, 26.1 km of irrigation ditches were cleaned, 7,420 m3 of inert material were imported, 8090 pieces of sacks were laid, more than 525 thousand m3 of snow were removed from the settlements of the region.
In general, 138 sewage collectors, 415 units of special equipment, 20 mobile brigades, 474 people are involved in flood prevention activities in the region.
Currently, there are no flooded streets in the city of Aktobe. There are 4 sites under special control, where periodic pumping is carried out as meltwater arrives.
The regional operational headquarters continues its work 24/7, 369 informational calls were received to the hotline during the day.
On March 14, on the day of the Amal holiday, a solemn event "Zhana Beles" was held, at which the names of the best athletes of the Aktobe region were named following the results of 2022.
It was attended by heads and representatives of sports institutions of the region, sports veterans, athletes, etc.

On the eve of Nauryz Meirama, a regional agricultural fair was organized at the Tabys communal market in Aktobe. More than 60 agricultural producers and processing enterprises of the Alginsky, Kargalinsky, Mugalzharsky, Martuksky, Kobdinsky districts and the city of Aktobe presented their products.
According to the regional Department of Agriculture, more than 2 tons of beef, 300 kg of lamb and more than 1 ton of dairy products, eggs, vegetable oil and other products were sold at the fair.
Prices were traditionally 10-15 percent lower than in other markets. So, a kilogram of beef cost 1950 tenge, lamb - 1900 tenge.
Also today, a yurt, Nauryz kozhe cooking and national dishes were installed on the square of the Tabys communal market. Artists of the Martuk district organized a concert program for Aktobe residents who came to the fair.
