According to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2014 No. 7-1 / 559 "On the approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of veterinary medicine"
Chapter 5. The procedure for the payment of amounts in case of reimbursement of the cost to individuals and legal entities of neutralized (disinfected) and processed without withdrawal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health
The following documents are the basis for reimbursement of the cost for mandatory neutralization (decontamination) and processing without withdrawal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a threat to animal and human health:
the decision of the local executive body (akim of a city of district significance, a settlement, a village, a rural district) on the establishment of quarantine or restrictive measures on the proposal of the chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector of the relevant territory in the event of the occurrence of infectious animal diseases that pose a threat to animal and human health, with the exception of brucellosis of prosperous business entities;
an examination report (test report) issued by veterinary laboratories based on the results of diagnostics or veterinary and sanitary examination of objects of state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision;
prescription on the neutralization (disinfection), processing of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives that pose a danger to animal and human health;
an act on the delivery for processing of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to the health of animals and humans in the form in accordance with Appendix 6 to the Rules for the compulsory removal and destruction of animals, products of raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to the health of animals and humans, or their mandatory neutralization and processing without withdrawal;
an act on the establishment of the average monthly market value of seized and destroyed sick animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, or neutralized (disinfected) and processed without withdrawal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a danger to animal and human health, drawn up in any form;
veterinary passport;
an extract from the database on the identification of farm animals, issued in accordance with the Rules for the formation and maintenance of a database on the identification of farm animals and the issuance of an extract from it, approved by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 2, 2010 No. 367 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 6321).
Collection of documents provided for in paragraph 14 of these Rules is carried out by subdivisions of local executive bodies carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine of the corresponding administrative-territorial units within 15 (fifteen) working days.
Reimbursement of the cost of neutralized (disinfected) and processed without withdrawal of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin that pose a threat to the health of animals and humans to individuals and legal entities is carried out by subdivisions of local executive bodies operating in the field of veterinary medicine of the relevant administrative-territorial units for 10 (ten)
