Asphalting of streets

79.2 million tenge  (RB-74.3 million ttenge; OB-4.9 million tenge) were allocated from the regional budget for the street Kokzhar of Oiyl district, Zheltoksan Street 30.8 million tenge (RB - 29.6 million tenge; OB - 2.1 million tenge), Bakaev - 37.0 million tenge  (RB - 34.6 million tenge; OB - 2.4 million tenge), Moldagulova (9.9 million tenge), Amankeldy street (half - 15.0 million tenge), 90.5 mln tenge  for the Sherniyaz Street  (RB-84.9 million tenge; OB-5.6 million tenge) were asphalted.

There are 33 streets in the district, 15 of them are asphalted. Design and estimate documentation is being developed for the asphalting of 9 streets next year.

Gasification of settlements

Two settlements in the district  are covered by centralized gas, which is 9.1% of the covered settlements, 30.7% of the population (5729 inhabitants).

Through the Department of  Energy and Department of Housing and Communal Services  of the region received a positive opinion of the state examination of the design and estimate documentation "Construction of a supplier and intra-village gas pipeline to the village of Karatal in 2019-2020" for 547 778.0 thousand tenge.

The project covers the prospects of gasification of Ekpetal, Karasu, Koptogai, Amankeldy, Shubarshi villages of the district.

In addition, the design and estimate documentation "Construction of a supplier and intra-village gas pipeline to Altykarasu village of Temir district" is being developed. The project provides for gasification of Akzhar, Kosembay, Kemer, Akkemer villages of Oiyl district.

Internet, mobile communication

Within the framework of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" in July of this year (90.0 km) construction was completed, and in the villages of Karaoi and Sarbie, government agencies were connected to high-speed Internet. Currently, the population of Kemer and Akzhar villages is connected to mobile communication (K-cell) with 3G speed.

Funds were allocated from the local budget and towers were installed in Kumzhargan, Shubarshi, Akkemer, Karasu settlements for the purpose of mobile communication.

This year it is planned to cover 11 settlements with mobile communication, and today 3G KceLL mobile communication has been launched in Akzhar, Kemer and Akkemer settlements.

By the end of the year it is planned to launch 3G KceLL in Kosembay, Karaoi, Amankeldy, Sarbie, Karakol, Kumzhargan, Karasu, Shubarshi settlements.
