The volume of construction works amounted to 1524.9 mln. tenge and increased by 149.7% compared to the same period last year. 49 houses with 6565 square meters were commissioned in the private sector and increased by 107.1% compared to the same period last year.

Today 206 people are waiting for housing queue in the district. Among them are 61 people from large families, 87 people from socially vulnerable groups, 50 civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, 8 orphans, children left without parental care.

40.0 million tenge is allocated from the district budget for the construction of two two-storey eight-apartment rental and communal housing in the district center, the construction of the winning contractor "AimarStroyService" LLP. Completion date is August 2021.

In addition, 3.0 million tenge allocated from the district budget for the construction of two  eight-apartment houses in the district center, design and estimate documentation was developed, 5.0 million tenge was allocated from the district budget to start construction work, and an open tender was held. The results will be known by the end of November.

 159.853 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the construction  of a drinking water pipeline on a new housing construction and it has been completed and put into operation.

In order to purchase housing from low-income, large families in the settlements, 3 houses in the village of Oiyl, 1 house in the village of Karatal named after Sh. Bersiyev were purchased for 16.7 million tenge allocated from the national budget.

In addition, 14.0 million tenge was allocated from the district budget for the purchase of 1 house in the village of Oiyl and a tender was issued for the purchase of a second house.

There is no queue for land plots for individual housing construction in the district.
