13.09. Akim of the district S. Amanbayev held a weekly staff meeting.
Several issues were considered on the agenda of the meeting. In particular, the problem that constantly worries the residents of the district and is highlighted in social networks is the organization of works on landscaping and sanitary cleaning of the district (landscaping, garbage collection, clean-up, etc.). To solve problematic issues, the head of the district heard a report from the akim of the village K. Nuraly.
The akim of the district made a number of comments on the work of the akimat of the village, checked in detail the issues raised by the population, analyzed issues in various areas:
* untimely garbage disposal;
* not to take prompt measures on appeals and complaints of citizens;
* Lack of control over the operation of the park in the Kyzylzhar microdistrict;
* systematic work has not been carried out to bring to justice the owners of uncontrolled grazing animals in the district center; (creates inconvenience to the population and children on the way to school);
* lack of proper interaction with the police to bring to justice issues related to the improvement and landscaping of the settlement, as well as damage to seats in public places and breakdowns of night lighting fixtures and other issues;
In addition, the akim of the district, after the report of the akim of the village, noted the presence of these gaps in the work of the akimat of the Kenkiyak rural district, and also made a remark to the akim of the Kenkiyak rural district M. Utegenov, who contacted him through the ZOOM platform.
Having completed the consideration of the issues on the agenda, the akim of the district made a strict remark regarding the personal responsibility of rural akims and first managers for the performance of functional, official duties in meeting the requirements of residents of the district.
