In Kazakhstan, low-income citizens can receive benefits, social assistance at the expense of the state. Housing assistance is also assigned to families with a total income below the subsistence minimum.

It includes utility bills and expenses for the maintenance of housing rented from the public housing fund.

To receive a public service, you must contact the PSC and submit an application. Together with the application, there must be documents confirming the income of the family, a certificate from the place of work or the unemployed, a receipt for payment of utilities and an identity card.

In addition, egov.kz through the portal can be obtained online. To sign an electronic application, an EDS is required.
The response from the service will be sent to your personal account within 8 working days.
