The meeting was also attended by the general director of the company Zou Zhijian and the head of the State Institution "Department of Labor Inspection in Aktobe region" A. Myrzalin.

At the meeting, the issue of increasing wages by 20% at the request of employees was considered and discussed.

The director of M-Techservice LLP, for his part, noted that measures have been taken to increase the monthly salary. In particular, this company decided to increase the monthly salary of workers to 10% from March this year, and engineering staff-to 15%.

However, the employees expressed their disagreement with this decision of the company's management and defended their demands for a 20 percent increase in monthly wages in labor arbitration.

the same time, akim of the district S. Amanbayev noted that within the framework of the law, he supports the interests of employees.

As a result, it was decided to create a labor arbitration with the participation of a representative of the regional department of labor inspection. It included representatives chosen from the employees themselves, along with the company's representatives. The labor arbitration court is due to make a decision on this issue in early April.

The issue is under constant control of the akimat of the district.
