20.01.2022 - Press release to the draft resolution of the Akimat of Temir district "On approval and determination of locations of non-stationary retail facilities on the territory of Temir district"
In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11148), Akimat of Temir district DECIDES:
1. To determine and approve the locations of non-stationary retail facilities on the territory of the Temir district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Temir district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the official Internet resource of the akimat of Temir district after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Temir district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
