Director - Dzhiembaev Altynbek Baynazarovich. Deputy Director for Academic Affairs - Kubenova Aigul Amangeldieva. The school cultivates 15 sports, of which 9 are Olympic sports, 6 are non-Olympic sports, 156 athletes are engaged, aged 18 and over, who have the title of Candidate Master of Sports, Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of Sports of the International Class and titles Honored Masters of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
SOHSS employs 23 trainers and teachers, as well as a sports psychologist. Coaches' mobile phones are provided.
