Guidelines for the
"Enbek Zholy" contest

General provisions

These Guidelines regulate the procedure for organizing and conducting the "Enbek Zholy" Republican contest and allow you to determine the best labor dynasties and production workers, in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, preserve and increase labor traditions. The competition will help raise the status of the labor Person in society and stimulate labor productivity under the auspices of the"society of universal labor".
The purpose of the contest "Enbek Zholy" (hereinafter-the contest):

1) ensuring the effective implementation of the program article of the head Of State "Social modernization of Kazakhstan: twenty steps to a society of universal labor", preserving the continuity of generations;

2) forming a positive public opinion about people at work and creating conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties in enterprises and organizations;

3) instilling in Kazakhstanis pride in the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All employees of enterprises (regardless of the industry) can participate in the Competition. Information about the Contest must be published in all mass media.
The contest consists of 3 categories:

1)" Best labor dynasty " - the most numerous dynasty with the longest working experience and the highest number of awards is selected.

Note

Representatives of labor dynasties in organizations of all forms of ownership can participate in the competition.

A labor dynasty is a group of employees of the same organization representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with their children or grandchildren), currently engaged in labor activities and having a total work experience of at least 20 years at this enterprise. The head of the dynasty is a representative of the labor dynasty who has started working earlier than everyone else.

The labor dynasty should take an active part in the social life of the village, district (city, region), promote professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.

2) "Best young production worker" - the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of experience is selected;

3) "Best mentor for working youth" - the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.

For the purpose of monetary remuneration of the winners for each category of the Competition, cash certificates will be provided for the amount of:

- 1st place – 1 000 000 (one million) tenge;

- 2nd place – 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge;

- 3rd place – 200 000 (two hundred thousand) tenge.

The competition is held in 2 stages:
I. the Selection of winners of "Yenbek Zholy" at the regional level:

The DEFINITION of the REGIONAL Commission of the WINNERS of "Yenbek Zholy" among the participants.

II. The winners of the contest "Yenbek Zholy" at the national level:

The DEFINITION of a REPUBLICAN COMMISSION of the WINNERS of "Yenbek Zholy" among the winners at the regional level.

The Republican Commission determines the winners in each category (first, second and third places) of the Republican stage of the "Enbek Zholy"Contest.

The award ceremony is held on the day of the Republican forum "To the society of Universal labor" this year in Nur-Sultan.

Competitive commission

For the selection of winners at the regional level, contest Commission is created under the local authorities (hereafter the Regional commissions) and a Commission at the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – national Commission). The Republican Commission has the right to attract external experts to review documents and conduct stages of the Republican competition.
The criteria for selecting the winners of the Competition are specified in the Appendix to these guidelines.
The Republican Commission should consist of employees of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of public associations (as agreed), Republican state institutions, Republican associations of trade unions (as agreed) and Republican associations of employers (as agreed).

Regional commissions should consist of employees of the departments of coordination of employment and social programs, the state labor Inspectorate of regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, as well as representatives of territorial associations of trade unions (as agreed), and regional chambers of entrepreneurs (as agreed). The Chairman and Secretary are elected from the Republican and Regional commissions.

The Chairman of the Commission manages its activities and exercises General control. In case of disputes when making decisions by the Commission, the vote of the Chairman of the Commission is decisive.
The Secretary participates in the Commission's decision-making and performs technical maintenance of the Commission's activities:

1) accepting contestants ' documents;

2) organization of Commission meetings;

3) draws up the minutes of the Commission meeting and forms materials for the winners of the competition based on the results of the competition;

4) sends materials to the winners of the contest to the Republican Commission.

The decision of the Commission is taken by open vote and formalized in the Protocol.
Applications for participation in the Contest can be submitted from the moment the announcement is published in the media.
Participants of the competition may be issued notifications of acceptance of the documents specified in paragraph 15 of these guidelines.

Documents submitted for regional

and national competitions

the following documents must be submitted For participation in the competition:

1) application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the category;

2) a copy of the identity card;

3) video on the topic of the nomination no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);

4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, hobby, etc.);

5) a copy of the employment record and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);

6) a letter of recommendation from the employer or trade Union.

If available (copies of the following documents):

copies of state or departmental awards, certificates of appreciation

, certificates of professional development (if available).

Documents for the competition are submitted in the state or Russian languages.

Appendix

selection Criteria for the winners of the "Enbek Zholy"

competition in the categories " Best labor dynasty»:

the number of state or departmental awards, as well as certificates of appreciation from local governments, trade unions, and employers received by all representatives of the dynasty;
total number of family members and their relatives who are representatives of the dynasty;
the General seniority of the members of the profession from the date of commencement of employment of the head of the dynasty prior to the date of submission of documents for participation in the second stage of the Competition).

In the categories "Best young production worker", " Best mentor for working youth»:

Contribution to the development of their professional skills;
Integrity in relation to their work;
Organizational and communication skills;
The presence of repeated rewards for work (diplomas, certificates, commendations);
The presence of the action proposals;
Presence of creative interests outside of professional activity;
Educational level, the desire to improve it;
Personal achievements at the workplace;
Quality of your work;

If the requirements of the above criteria are not met, the Commission may return the submitted materials to the participants.
