Participate in the republican contest "Enbek Zholy"!
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies in accordance with the action plan for the contest "Enbek Zholy" announce the holding of the republican contest "Enbek Zholy" in 2022.
The "Enbek Zholy" competition determines the best labor dynasties and production workers, in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation and enhancement of labor traditions.
The competition promotes the status of a Person of Work in society and promotes labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of Universal Labor".
Objectives of the competition:
1) preservation of the continuity of generations;
2) formation of a positive public opinion about the people of work and creation of conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties in enterprises and organizations;
3) fostering pride among Kazakhstanis for the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) education of young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation and enhancement of labor traditions;
5) raising the status of a Labor Person in society and stimulating labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of Universal Labor".
The competition is held annually in 2 (two) stages: regional and republican.
All employees of enterprises, regardless of the industry, with the exception of civil servants, can participate in the competition.
Based on the materials submitted by the participants of the contest, the republican and regional commissions for determining the winners of the contest determine the winners in the following nominations:
1) The best labor dynasty.
In this nomination, the most numerous dynasty with the longest work experience, with the largest number of awards, is selected.
A labor dynasty is a group of employees of one organization representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren), currently engaged in labor activity and having a total work experience at this enterprise of at least 20 years. The head of the dynasty is recognized as a representative of the labor dynasty, who started working earlier than everyone else.
The labor dynasty should take an active part in the public life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, promote their profession;
2) The best mentor of working youth.
In this nomination, the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.
3) The best young production worker.
In this nomination, the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected;
The following documents are submitted for participation in the competition:
The participants of the competition draw up and submit the following materials in two copies on paper and electronic media to the local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital:
1) application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the nomination;
2) a copy of the identity card;
3) a video on the topic of the nomination no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);
4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, hobby, hobby, etc.);
5) a copy of the work record and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);
6) a letter of recommendation from an employer or a trade union.
If available (copies of the following documents):
copies of state or departmental awards, diplomas, letters of thanks
certificates of professional development (if available).
The documents for the competition are submitted in the state or Russian languages.
Terms of the competition:
- in the period from April to July 1, acceptance of applications and materials from applicants at the regional level;
- by August 1, the regional commission will determine the winners of the regional stage of the republican contest "Enbek Zholy";
- awarding of winners at regional labor forums until September 1;
- by August 10, the materials of the regional stage of the competition will be sent to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for further participation at the Republican stage;
- within the period from September 1-20, the republican commission will determine the winners of the republican stage of the "Enbek Zholy" competition;
- in October, awarding of the winners of the "Enbek Zholy" contest at the Republican Forum "Towards the Society of Universal Labor";
