Information on the received appeals of individuals and legal entities for the 1st half of 2021.
For the 1st half of 2021, 191 appeals were received, including 112 appeals from individuals, 79 appeals from legal entities.
Of these, 185 appeals were clarified, 2 appeals were sent to other state bodies, since the issues were not within the competence of the department, 4 appeals are under consideration during the reporting period.
The terms of consideration of appeals were not extended. In addition, there are no appeals considered in violation of the deadlines established by law.
The analysis of appeals by the nature of the issues of the received appeals of individuals and legal entities showed that a significant share in the total array of appeals is occupied by letters and complaints on social issues. These are, in particular, issues of labor and employment of the population, social security, rehabilitation of disabled people, provision of material assistance. Among the most common issues in this area are problems related to the employment of the population, assistance in employment.
