By participating in the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek" (hereinafter – the State Program "Enbek"), a resident of the Martuk district of Aktobe region, Orynbasar Suyunbayev, was able to receive a grant and open his own business for the production of plastic doors and windows.
Orynbasar Suyunbayev, a father of two children, decided to go into business to provide a steady income for his family. To do this, he chose a direction that was already familiar to him.
"I used to be an employee, and I worked on windows on weekends, at a friend's place. Then he moved, and I decided to try my hand at a new level. I know a lot of people who received support through the State Program "Enbek", so I thought that we should try, we should take a risk, " the man said.
Part of the equipment for doing business, he bought from his former colleague in the shop, but this was not enough for full-fledged work: for a number of manipulations, he had to turn to his competitors. In order to independently establish the entire production process, Suyunbayev applied for a grant under the State Program "Enbek". With the money he received, he was able to purchase the necessary equipment and tools, such as miter saws, a machine tool, etc.
According to Orynbasar, in addition to him, there are only a few organizations working in this area in the Martuk district, so the income from the business is enough for him to provide for his family.
As of March 30, 2021, 51 people received grants for the development of their business under the State Program in the Aktobe region. 203 residents of the region were sent for short-term professional training, 317 for youth practice. 3,922 people were employed in permanent jobs, 1,075 in social jobs, and 3,226 people took part in public works.
In total, since the beginning of 2021, 8,852 people have been covered by measures to promote employment under the State Program "Enbek" in the region.
