According to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 274 "On approval of the Rules for establishing quotas for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions, cities of republican significance, and the capital", employers annually submit to local executive bodies until October 1, on the territory of which foreign by employees of labor activity, employers' applications for attracting foreign labor in the form according to Appendix 1 to these Rules.
