As of July 1, 2024, 207 requests were received (109 from individuals and 98 from legal entities). The qualitative composition of the total number of requests is: applications - 125, complaints - 8, suggestions - 42, others (message, request, response) - 32. The Department reviewed - 153 received applications, as follows: an administrative act was adopted - 73 (of which a favorable administrative act - 7, a burdensome administrative act - 66); a response was given to the applicant - 56; discontinued - 11; noted - 6; other - 7; of them were sent for consideration to other state bodies within their competence for consideration on the merits and decision-making in a legal manner - 48; 16 requests in progress.
The deadline for consideration of applications was not extended. In addition, no requests were considered in violation of the deadlines or in violation of the established deadline for redirection. There were no complaints from applicants or higher authorities for poor quality preparation of responses to citizens’ appeals. Based on the nature of the analysis of received appeals from individuals and legal entities, it was found that a significant part of the appeals are statements and complaints on social issues.
Among the most common problems in this area are issues with persons with disabilities, providing them with special social services, as well as with employment (receiving grants), assistance in employment, and provision of social assistance.
As of July 1, 2024, 2 requests were received through the Documetolog AIS (2 from individuals, 0 from legal entities). All requests were answered within the time limits established by law.
In order to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of reception, registration, accounting and consideration of appeals from individuals/legal entities and the full inclusion of accounting data in the automated information system “Unified Accounting of Individuals' Appeals” (AIS UEOL) by the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan In the Aktobe region, reconciliation is carried out on an ongoing basis. In the administration building, on the 1st floor, there is a special box for receiving letters and appeals from citizens.
As of July 1, 2024, no requests were registered. Compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compliance with the law when considering received applications to the IS “e-Ontinish” and the AIS “EUOL” are under constant control of the management of the department.
